LUNCH PRE-PAY CHANGES EFFECTIVE JULY 1 2011
  • A $1.95 flat fee per payment
  • A $100 maximum amount, per payment
  • The $10 Premium Account fee will become a one-time fee, instead of an annual fee.
  • Premium Accounts have access to student account balances, meal history, and the ability to set up email notifications for low balance.
  • Parents can register and make payments on LunchPrepay.com without paying the premium fee. These Basic accounts can make payments, but do not have access to any of the extras included with the Premium account.
  • If your child was approved for a meal benefit at the end of the 2010-2011 school year, that benefit will carry over into the 2011-2012 school year for the first 30 days
  • For students enrolled in one of the Alamance-Burlington year round schools, the last day to use the 2010-2011 meal benefit is September 6th
  • For students enrolled in one the the Alamance-Burlington traditional schools, the last day to use the 2010-2011 meal benefit is October 6th
  • A current 2011-2012 lunch application must be processed by the Child Nutrition department before the dates listed above for the benefit to continue         



IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS:
Parents can submit a lunch application for free or reduced meal benefits at any time during the current school year. If an application has already been processed and the income has changed, you can reapply or call our office at 438-4095. Reminder: Each new school year a new family application is required.
